I spend most of my day at work. There, I have to be in charge, all the time. I run my office with precision and professionalism. If any employee under me is insubordinate or cannot keep up with their work load, they are let go. I have a no excuses policy. One in which I adhere too with an almost militant standard. I know a lot of the employees call me a bitch, and a lot worse behind my back. It doesn’t bother me one bit, their opinion of me doesn’t change anything. There is a reason I run the office as I do, it gets results, we win awards, and we are the number one office in the company.
When I get home however, it is a completely different story all together. I long to give up control, to be the one who is given orders, tasks to complete, direction. My desire is only to please without expecting anything for myself in return. To have a strong Man be the proper Dom that I crave. I do not want someone who doesn’t know what they are doing, no thank you. I want someone who knows how to balance the Dominance with the care.
I hope to find that one day, until then I will keep looking and continue to be a Bitch in the office with the dream of being your whore at home.
